Halloween Story Hour

It is almost Halloween and this morning we read some spooky stories.  After our stories we made Frankenstein faces.  Join us Friday morning at 10:00 for some more Halloween stories and fun!

Comic Book Day

Monday was National Comic Book Day!  We all made our very own comic books that featured our own superhero creations.

National Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Ahoy mateys!  Today we celebrated national talk like a pirate day with books and some fun crafts.  We all received a pirate name and made some fantastic pirate accessories for ourselves, including parrots.  We even made treasure maps so we could find our buried treasure!

Barnyard Story Hour

This morning we read books about farm animals.  The children’s room sounded just like a barnyard as we made silly and fun animal sounds while we read.  We finished up with some fantastic and colorful chicken crafts!
